Vibes is excited to announce our latest release of our Mobile Engagement Platform. We have always believed in creating experiences our customers want for their audience. One of the key themes we focused on with this release was creating richer experiences and driving those throughout the customer journey.

Updates to the Mobile Engagement Platform 

With this release, we focused on four core areas that highlight how rich messaging drives conversions. 

  • MMS: We've made it much easier to reach your audience through rich content such as images and GIFs. 

  • Rich Push Notifications: Much like with MMS, it’s important to create a visual, rich, and relevant experience with push notifications to make customers engage or re-engage with mobile apps. 

  • Mobile Wallet Templates: The more we can take the guesswork out of mobile wallet content, the more you can focus on delivering that relevant message. We’ve been doing wallet since 2012 and have learned what consumers want – now you get the benefits. Easily create offers and rich content based on proven templates that work.  

  • Advanced Analytics: Building on the success of Advanced Analytics that we introduced earlier this year, we've added machine learning capabilities using natural language processing (NLP) to enable brands to better understand customer conversations on mobile channels. Additionally, marketers can access Industry Benchmarks, which provides comparisons against industry competitors to inform future campaign strategy.
