Why Vibes was named a Leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant

It’s official -- we have been named a Leader in the 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Mobile Marketing Platforms research report. This advancement into leadership status is based on our ability to execute and the completeness of our intended vision as the provider of an unparalleled platform for people with the brands they love.

The news comes on the heels of Gartner’s 2018-2019 CMO Spend Survey, which found that 68 percent of CMOs expect to increase investment in mobile marketing in 2019--an indicator that demand continues to increase for mobile engagement platforms like Vibes. And, a great customer experience, measurable revenue growth, and real-time customer engagement--all core strengths of the Vibes offering--are the top reasons brands are investing in mobile marketing platforms, according to the 2019 Magic Quadrant for Mobile Marketing Platforms. 

As one of only four companies to achieve the coveted Leader status -- and the only company to advance into that position this year -- we are cited in the report for having “the resources and acumen to deliver extensive mobile marketing capabilities, and [being] guided by a clear, comprehensive view of mobile marketing’s crucial role as the dominant engagement point for customers and prospects.” 

In addition, Gartner observes that Leaders like Vibes “have executed a substantial number of implementations across a variety of industries. They push their customers toward more advanced states of mobile marketing capabilities. Leaders are equally successful in B2B and B2C marketing scenarios.”

Twenty years later, we’re proud to live at the top of the marketing technology stack, leading the charge in mobile engagement. We expand mobile’s scope to reach beyond a base-level app by tapping channels including messaging, push notifications, mobile wallet, as well as conversational commerce via chatbots inside messaging apps.
