There are so many amazing industry events that Vibes gets to participate in! We’re gearing up now for CRMC, a gathering of retailers to discuss marketing and CRM strategies, in just days. The conference is June 6-8 in Chicago, and Vibes will be there as a Silver sponsor.

Themes to Watch For

If you’re headed to CRMC, get excited. This year’s agenda is chock full of timely topics related to loyalty, brand experience, marketing, and technology.

AI

Artificial intelligence, which has taken the retail industry by storm lately, will be a hot topic. Representatives from brands like Wayfair as well as Anders Sorman-Nilsson, Author, Futurist, and Innovation Strategist will share insights on how retailers can take advantage of AI to deliver more value to customers.

Personalization

We’re excited to see presentations on the agenda like the one from Starbucks: Customers Get Loyal When You Get Personal – How Starbucks Continues to Grow Through its Digital Experiences. We’re such big fans of personalization, particularly in mobile marketing, that it will be great to hear likeminded brands share their insights on the subject.

Loyalty

And one of the biggest themes for CRMC will be loyalty. It’s no surprise, since loyalty drives much of retailers’ business. Southwest Airlines will be sharing its insights into driving customer loyalty, while PetSmart will talk about “intelligent collaboration,” combining loyalty, CRM, and insights. Express, Hilton Worldwide, and SleepNumber will also chime in with tips from their own experiences in building and growing loyalty programs.

We certainly hope that digital loyalty programs come up! We’re eager to talk to retailers about how transitioning from plastic card loyalty programs to digital versions using mobile wallet can increase enrollment and rewards redemption, as well as provide retailers with valuable customer insights.

In addition to dozens of highly-informative sessions from top experts in retail, marketing, and technology industries, there will be plenty of networking opportunities for us all to get to know one another, as well as a speed dating event.
