Mobile Next 2018: It's All About Personalized Messaging and Mobile Experiences

We get excited when groups of people get together to talk about mobile strategy. We strive to attend as many mobile marketing conferences as we can each year. September 26 - 28, you’ll find us at one of the best mobile strategy conferences, Mobile Next, held in Rancho Mirage, California.

The great thing about Mobile Next (formerly called Mobile Shopping) is that it attracts professionals from multiple industries, including retail, entertainment, consumer products, food and beverage, and travel. After all, mobile marketing is a benefit to any industry, so it’s great to see an industry-agnostic event like this really bring people together to share ideas.

We expect to hear a lot of conversations — on and off the stage — about one of our favorite topics: mobile experiences. While just a few short years ago, having a mobile presence, as well as a mobile marketing strategy, was just a nice-to-have, today’s brands — across all industries — are starting to see that it is now a requirement to meet the demands of their mobile-savvy audience.

What’s on the Schedule?

The speaker list for Mobile Next 2018 is also cross-industry, and includes experts from Rue La La, Marriott International, Anheuser-Busch, and Dominos.

The agenda includes a wealth of topics and mobile trends, and we’re most excited to hear about personalized messaging, AI, and, of course, mobile experiences. Here are a few sessions you might want to mark on your calendar:

  • Humanizing Your App Experience: Striking the Right Balance Between Automation and Personalized Service

  • Creating Cross-Screen Experiences for Today’s Always Connected Consumer

  • Looking into the Crystal Ball: Examining The Future Of Mobile

Stop By and Learn About Mobile Experiences

As a sponsor of Mobile Next, we will have a booth where we’ll be talking to attendees about how they can enhance and maximize their customers’ mobile experiences, especially with the upcoming holiday shopping season rapidly approaching.

If mobile experiences aren’t yet a part of your overall marketing strategy, we’ll give you examples that have helped brands like Redbox, Hibbett Sports, and Kwik Trip increase mobile subscribers, boost existing customer engagement, and grow customer retention over time.

Why You Should Attend Mobile Next 2018

If you’re serious about being more relevant to your customer base and aren’t yet well-versed in mobile marketing (even if you are; there’s always more to learn!), consider attending Mobile Next.

You’re sure to walk away with lots of ideas you can implement to better engage your audience, and you’ll see firsthand from top global brands how they’re doing just that.
