Vibes Appoints Jennifer Leire as Vice President of Customer Strategy & Success

Chicago, IL— May 11, 2021 Vibes, the technology leader powering the direct-to-consumer mobile engagement revolution, today announced it has appointed Jennifer Leire as the company’s Vice President of Customer Strategy & Success. In this role, she will be responsible for elevating and globally scaling Vibes’ high-impact customer success team, while delivering on its ultimate mission of value realization and customer delight. Leire will lead Vibes’ customer strategy, consulting & insights, mobile engagement services, and customer care teams to further develop and grow the company’s strong customer relationships.


The Vibes customer success team provides strategic thought leadership and technical insights that help some of the world’s largest brands across industries build profitable personal relationships at scale via their customers’ mobile devices. With guidance from the Customer Success team, brands working with Vibes successfully evolve over time from growing their mobile programs and building an audience, to programmatically activating their mobile audience, to optimizing their digital investments with mobile engagement at the heart of their customer experience. By achieving this evolution, Vibes’ customers realize strong revenue and customer lifetime value growth.

Leire brings over 15 years of marketing technology and P&L experience to Vibes, having recently served as VP of client engagement at Analytic Partners where she leveraged her deep digital expertise to help establish advanced analytics practices. Prior to this role, Leire was VP of account management at Marketing Evolution, where she led key client engagements across industries including retail, financial services and automotive. She has also served as consulting manager, PMO, with Adobe, and helped establish Dynamic Logic – one of the first digital tracking and measurement companies. At Dynamic Logic she oversaw agency operations and brand clients for the Western Region and NYC during her tenure. Leire has also served as part of the i-Com Attribution Council, a global forum for smart data marketing and has previously spoken at key industry events such as LiveRamp on advertising and the death of third-party cookies.
